What are Affirmations?
They are positive statements that describe a desired situation, habit or goal. They are usually short sentences and repeated over and over again to imprint them on the subconscious mind and trigger into action, to bring that particular desired situation, habit or goal into fruition.

How often do you repeat an Affirmation?
Form your assertion and start using it right away. Repeat them at least thrice daily – first thing in the morning, midday and just before you go to sleep for affirmations to work, keep repeating them for at least a month in a row or longer.
The consistent use of affirmations act like a powerful tool to change the state of your mind, become peaceful and worry-free.
